Terms of Service.

▸ Prices listed are base prices and may be adjusted based on the nature and/or the content of the request.▸ The time it takes to complete a commission will be based on multiple factors. Once an application is evaluated and accepted, the client will receive an estimate of when to expect your finished work. The average waiting time is around 2-4 weeks. Rush orders may be available under certain circumstances.▸ All writing will be received in the form of a PDF. The commissioner will not receive the editable document under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable.▸ Any attempt to charge back once work has progressed is against T.o.S. and will earn the client a blacklist. Refunds must be discussed with the artist and will be issued under certain circumstances and only before the first draft is completed. Refunds will not be issued once the initial draft has been completed.▸If the client does not hear from the artist regarding their commission after 2 weeks without warning, all work will be canceled. Similarly, should the client not respond within 3 weeks regarding a commission without warning, all work will be canceled.▸ The artist does not support cryptocurrency, NFTs, or the blockchain in general, and commissioned work is not to be minted in any way. In a similar vein, the artist also does not support AI and commissioned work is not to be used as to train any AI under any circumstances.▸ The artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including those not explicitly stated in T.o.S., without the need to disclose said reason.▸ Payment must be sent within 1 week of receiving the invoice. The client will be notified when the invoice has been sent out. If 1 week passes with no payment and no communication, all work will be canceled.▸ All work will be delivered with a Standard Commercial License. This license cannot be extended to a Full Commercial License under any circumstances. Should you wish to use your commission for something not included in the Standard Commercial License, please contact me to negotiate what your commission can and cannot be used for. Under this commercial license, I retain all rights to showcase your commission in my portfolio.▸ All work that requires an NDA will increase the price. If the client wishes for their commission to not be discussed on social media or they wish to not be featured on the artist's clients list, please inform the artist ahead of time. See Pricing for more information.

Standard Commercial License.

▸ The commissioner has rights to promotional usage on their social media and streaming platform(s). This includes personal websites and "About" sections on their social media platform of choosing. This does NOT include republishing for profit.▸ The commissioner does not have rights to transfer, sell, or redistribute their commission under any circumstances.▸ No direct modifications performed by the commissioner or a non-affiliated third-party are allowed without express written permission. Should the commissioner wish to expand or modify their commission, they must contact the artist directly for said permission. If permission is NOT given, no modifications will be allowed.▸ All commissions (as well as all versions of the commission from outline to final draft) are retained as intellectual property of the artist.

Termination of Work & Refund Policy.

▸ Termination of work is possible by sending a notice to the artist. Termination of work is also possible should the artist be unable to finish a commission to the client's satisfaction. Under certain circumstances, a refund may be offered; these circumstances include A) the progress of the commission and B) the nature of the cancellation.▸ If the commission is terminated prior to any work (including the consultation) beginning, no payment will have been processed at this time, thus, no refunds will be offered. If the commission is terminated after the consultation but prior to work beginning, the client will still be responsible for paying for the consultation (equivalent to ~$50), but all payment more than the consultation fee will be refunded.▸ If the commission is terminated after the outline has been delivered, the client will still be responsible for paying 50% of the base price (including any add-ons such as NDA or Rush Fee); should the client have paid 100% up front, the remaining 50% will be refunded.▸ If the commission is terminated after the first draft has been delivered, the client will not be refunded under any circumstances.▸ Any violation of Terms of Service will result in a termination of your commission. If a client's commission is terminated due to a violation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Should a commission be terminated in this way, the artist reserves all rights to blacklist the client and block/refuse any and all communication with said client. The client will be unable to commission the artist from then onwards.

PERTAINING TO FFXIV/GENSHIN IMPACT SHORT STORIES:

▸ The artist works primarily with original characters and will not take a commission that focuses only on canon characters (i.e., a Zhongli/Tartaglia commission will not be accepted due to it not including an original character as the focus of the piece.)▸ Art/images are preferred in order to create accurate character descriptions. If the client does not have art/images, please provide a detailed character description in your application.▸ These commissions are for personal use only. Any exceptions to this must be disclosed ahead of time and may cause the commission to cost extra. See Short Stories for what is acceptable. Reposting or republishing anywhere will get you blacklisted.

at 1,500 (1.5k), the commission will be considered to be over the initial 1,000 (1k) and the price will increase accordingly.

Rush Pricing & Confidentiality.

▸ NDA Projects
NDA Projects are offered for the prices listed above. This NDA prohibits the artist from posting any WIPs on social media or (if ever possible) streaming the commission. This NDA lasts until the final project is made public by the client, after which the artist is allowed to post any WIPs on social media and promote the project.▸ Rush Projects
Rush Projects are available in limited quantities per opening, usually one (1) or none (0) depending on workload. These are available upon asking and may be rejected should slots be filled.
Instead of a turnaround time of maximum 6 weeks, the client may receive their commission in under 2 weeks (including communication times with the client). This will increase the price of the project by 100% of the total price, including any add-ons such as word count increase and NDA fees.

VTuber Lore.

▸ All clients must agree to a consultation.▸ This is in order to ensure that the commission includes any and all information that the client would like, preventing rewrites and ensuring that both parties are on the same page.▸ Once your application is accepted, I will contact you via either Twitter or Discord (most likely Twitter, although Discord is preferred once the project starts).
⤷ Note: If you do not hear from me after my commissions close, it means your application was not accepted. However, please do feel free to reapply during the next openings!▸ If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected]!▸ After agreeing on a time & day for a consultation, please send me any materials/ideas you may have for your lore! The more, the better, but don't worry if you don't have much. The most important thing is that your ideas are heard. Once all of that is settled, please wait for the day of the consultation!
⤷ Note: If your schedule changes and the day/time agreed on is no longer viable, please contact me, and we can work out a new date!▸ Within 2-3 weeks, you should receive an outline of your lore, including completed worldbuilding and any other misc. ideas that can be included in the final draft. Any new ideas/rewrites must be done at this stage.▸ In around 1-3 weeks, you will receive the final draft as a PDF. These 3 weeks may include me asking questions or giving you updates on your commission.▸ If something happens and I'm unable to complete your commission in that timeframe, I will be in touch.▸ You will receive an invoice for 50% of the base price during the consultation. The other 50% (plus the price of any add-ons) is due when you receive the first draft. This is non-negotiable.

VTuber Lore Short Stories.

▸ If you have a prompt or an idea you'd like to see written, please let me know in your order! If not, I'm more than happy to sit down and discuss an idea with you.▸ Once your commission is started, I have several steps that I'll check in on you with. Certain adjustments can be made any time before the final draft is given to you.▸ The first step is an outline, which will take 1-2 weeks after the start of your commission. Any major plot adjustments (new characters, different plot points) can be edited here. The time that the next step will take will depend on how many edits are made in this step.▸ Anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the outline is finalized, you will be given a first draft. This is the final step that rewrites can be done.⤷ Dialogue rewrites and smaller detail work are the main focus here.▸ In 2-3 weeks, you will receive the final draft in the form of a PDF.▸ You will receive an invoice for 50% of the base price once your order is accepted. The other 50% (plus the price of any add-ons) is due when you receive the first draft.

Debut Project & Lore Videos.

▸ Note: These commissions take a lot of time, so only a few are offered at once.▸ Slots are not first come first serve.
⤷ If the client interested in working with all members of Galeia Studio (including Lacia and Kae), please check @GaleiaStudio for openings rather than contacting each person individually.▸ Please have both an artist and an editor in mind for your lore video! This project requires a lot of communication between the artist and the writer. I will be available throughout the whole process of creating the video, but having a team ready makes things infinitely smoother.▸ Lore video scripts require much more collaboration between myself and my client. Multiple check-ins will be made in order to ensure the script comes out exactly the way the client pictures. Multiple narrative styles are available, including narrated stories, short backstories, historical retellings, and more. The style can be discussed.▸ You will be invoiced for 50% of the lore video script at the start of the project. The other 50% is due at the time of the script's completion.

ASMR/RP scripts may be commissioned for a length anywhere between one 1 minute to 1 hour/60 minutes. Script length will be estimated to the best of the writer's ability and may be inaccurate depending on performance by the reader. Custom scripts may be read live on stream or recorded for a video to be posted on YouTube/TikTok/Twitter. Original Character Backstory & Development.

For those who are not VTubers but wish to have and develop their own original character for any sort of art or development. Use this commission to get started and play around with your character!▸ If this character is for fanfiction/fandom purposes, this must be disclosed up front, as well as for which fandom this is being developed for.. Under some circumstances, this may be grounds for the artist to not take this commission (including, but not limited to, intended commercial usage).▸ This commission type does not come with commercial rights. Any and all backstory & development is for personal usage only. If the commissioner chooses to use the developed character/backstory for commercial purposes, extra fees will occur. See Pricing for more details.
⤷ This can also be added on at a later date. Should the commissioner decide to use their character for commercial purposes (including VTubing), this can be discussed. However, failure to disclose prior to commercial usage is prohibited.▸ Development is for those who do not have a character whatsoever. This type of commission includes developing everything from name to origin to powers. Any and all details can be discussed.
⤷ Does not include art.▸ Backstory is the creation of the character's history. From a tragic backstory to a prophecy of greatness, this type can include all details down to family members, major life events, and even minor things that would affect who a character is at their core.▸ Both of these types can be asked for. Price may change depending on the scope and nature of the request.

▸ Please include as much detail about your OC as possible, from physical description to their personality, even their speech patterns if you feel have an idea of that. Anything and everything helps. If you have reference images, please send those as well!▸ Outline what you'd like for me to do; this includes romance, although I will not take NSFW commissions.
⤷ Note: I am fine with Lalafell OCs being paired with other races; the potatoes deserve love, too!
You can choose a canon scene to rewrite with your character or just give me a prompt.▸ Within 2-3 weeks, you will be given a first draft. Any major rewrites should be done here, but I mostly like to focus on dialogue changes during this step.
No further changes will be allowed after this step.▸ 1-3 weeks after the first draft is given the green light, you will receive your final draft in the form of a PDF.▸ I may ask questions in order to help the process, so please keep your DMs on Twitter open!
